With all the attention Bacon has been receiving lately it may seem at first glance that PEI potatoes are just the opening round sacrificial lamb but nothing could be further from the truth.  Without potatoes think about how many Awesome dishes would no longer exist, they are one of the most versatile foods out there and have become a staple in many Canadian Homes.
