Everyone is Getting in on April Fools

April fools is one of the most fun “Holidays” on the calendar, and some of the largest companies in the world are showing that they have a sence of humour.

Google is “introducing” Google Nose beta, a fictional new addition to the google family that allows users to search by smell.

In addition Google is looking to help treasure hunters worldwide with a new Google feature called Treasure Mode.

Not to be outdone YouTube has announced that they will be taking an eight year break and that no new videos will be allowed to be uploaded to the site.

Canadian Companies refused to be left out of the fun as the Toronto Transit Commission announced the anything goes car,

Boston pizza also revealed that they are banning all buns, and going with pizza dough alternatives,

and WestJet will allow riders to bring any kind of pet they please with them on flights, and they will not need to be in the cargo hold.

“We recognize that a growing number of families want to travel with their ‘extended’ family and we are proud to be the first airline to offer this type of service,” said Richard Bartrem, WestJet’s Vice-President, Communications and Community Relations.

There is nothing wrong with a little fun on a Monday morning, and its nice to see that some “Big Businesses” have decided to get in on the joke.
