Is Obama to Blame For Trump?

In this Frontline clip they seem to imply that a single night of retaliation for weeks of bantering at the hands of then Reality Show host Donald Trump by President Obama, may have been the last push Trump needed to throw his hat in the ring for the Oval Office.
