Netflix expands CBC deal Steve Webster December 15, 2013 Entertainment, Streaming Canada 3094 BEVERLY HILLS, Calif – Netflix has announced the extension and expansion of its licensing agreement with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). The expanded licensing agreement includes new seasons of currently available CBC TV shows on Netflix, including Republic of Doyle, Heartland, Mr. D, Dragons’ Den and other titles. Additionally, the deal will add CBC fan-favorite Murdoch Mysteries to the service for the first time.
