The Next Ex Sensation?

The Canadian National Exhibition has become a generational tradition for many in the Toronto area and of all the great attractions the annual end of summer festival offers there is one thing that is a staple, the food.  Over the years there have been a number of unique and creative dishes brought in to melt your taste buds and in most cases clog a few arteries along the way and this year is no different.

Epic Burgers and Waffles, the company made famous for their Krispy Kreme burger, consistently draws the most adventurous foodies at the CNE.

They steal the show again this year with the Maple Bacon Jam Cronut Burger, a heart-stopping collaboration with Le Dolci, Toronto’s manufacturer of the donut croissant hybrid. The cronut craze is sure to hit the next level with the sinfully delicious Cronut Burger!

The Cronut Burger is already being hailed by The Ex as “the star” of the Canadian National Exhibition 2013, and will be  available August 16 to September 2.
